“Find a journey worthy of your heart and soul” - Seth Godin

I read this for the first time in Peter Baines’ ‘Leadership Matters’ and although it’s a very simple quote, it can be interpreted in a variety of ways which is why I think it’s such a valuable one.

Whether you look at this as the opportunity to set a fun goal, chase some exciting expedition, or redefine your purpose, I see the true meaning of the words being defined by the individual. We all get to decide what holds value, what has meaning and what defines success in our own lives.

At the end of the day your journey should be one that feeds your own heart and soul, it’s as short, sweet and simple as that.
